Pulls plugged screws without tearing the deck board

Repairing plugged fastener decks used to mean chewing up the board around the plug. This bit cuts a clean ring around the plug and lifts it out intact, so the repair is invisible when the new plug goes in. Used it on about thirty plugs so far.
